Kate Upton's Career Full Of Great Moments Continued As She Joined Her Husband Justin Verlander As The Newest Members Of The Mets Family
NY Post - Kate Upton grinned from ear to ear on Tuesday as she supported husband Justin Verlander at his Mets press conference after he signed with the club earlier this month.
Joined by their 4-year-old daughter Genevieve, the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit alum, 30, smiled from the front row of the press gathering at Citi Field as the Mets introduced the three-time Cy Young Award-winning pitcher, who agreed to a two-year, $86 million contract following five-and-a-half seasons with the Astros.
For Verlander’s big day, Upton rocked a purple top, matching slacks and black-heeled booties while Genevieve was dressed in a pale pink ensemble.
Kate Upton has had a lot of great moments in her career. Let's list off a few from the start.
She can dance ...
She made the Cat Daddy an house hold song and dance ...
She can laugh in the moment and doesn't care about live cameras…
She's extremely photogenic …
And she's active on social media
While all these qualities are great, family comes first and foremost, which occurred today as she was supported her husband in his decision to become a New York Met.
Relocating can be a real pain in the ass. Leaving a team that has been one of the most successful teams in the last decade can be tough, especially one that just won the World Series. Uprooting your family and moving you family halfway across the country will be difficult , especially late in your career. But when you know how great a new location can be, you sometimes have to embrace it. Especially when you have a strong support system at home.
Justin Verlander did just that. And for one reason … Steve Cohen.
So shoutout to Justin Verlander for knowing a new day has turned in Queens and shoutout to Kate Upton for standing behind her man knowing he will be bringing a World Series to the Metropolitans and they will be celebrating together in October.
In a long line of accomplishments from a fine woman … this one may be her best.
